FRIDAY-LEGS
I TRAIN LEGS AT 6:00 PM TO 8:00 PM ON FRIDAYS FOR MASS. HAMSTRINGS, CALVES, AND QUADRICEP TRAINING MAKE UP THE LEG WORKOUT. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO AN ALL OUT LEG DAY THAT WAY YOU CAN GET A MUSCLE CONNECTION. STARTING THE WEEK WITH LEGS MAKES TRAINING YOUR OTHER MUSCLES A BREEZE.
SATURDAY-TRICEPS AND FOREARMS
TRICEPS ARE MY FAVORITE MUSCLE TO TRAIN. I TRAIN THEM TWICE A WEEK WHILE GAINING SIZE AND STRENGTH. SATURDAY IS A BRUTALLY AMAZING DAY. I TRAIN TRICEPS AT 8:00 AM TO 9:30 AM IN MASS SEASON.
SUNDAY-SHOULDERS TRAPS AND BICEPS
SHOULDERS BURN GUYS. THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST REWARDING MUSCLES TO TRAIN IN MY OPINION. THIS WILL TAKE YOUR MENTAL ABILITY TO NEW HEIGHTS AND YOU WILL BE ENERGIZED! I TRAIN SHOULDERS AND BICEPS 10:00 AM TO 11:40 AM ON SUNDAYS. 100 MINUETS SO I SPLIT THESE TWO MUSCLES 50 MINUETS ON SHOULDERS AND 50 MINUETS ON BICEPS. BICEPS ARE MORE THAN SIMPLY CURLING WEIGHTS. BE BIG!
MONDAY-CARDIOVASCULAR
GET YOUR HEART RATE PUMPING AND FEEL GOOD! I DO 45 MIN. TO AN HOUR OF CARDIO AT 6 PM ON MONDAY'S. THE GYM IS ALWAYS PACKED SO I DO CARDIO!
TUESDAY-BACK AND BICEPS
FRESH AND BACK IN THE GYM TO MURDER YOUR BIG BACK. BUILD YOUR MONSTER BACK WITH NO LIMITS AND SQUEEZE YOUR SHOULDER BLADES TOGETHER! A VARIETY OF EXERCISES HAVE HELPED PEOPLE MAKE NICE BACKS. ONCE YOUR BACK IS TOASTED IT WILL BE FUN TO CURL SOME DUMBBELLS TO MAKE YOUR ARMS HUGE!
WEDNESDAY-CHEST AND TRICEPS
HOW MUCH CAN YOU BENCH?? BLAST YOUR CHEST FROM DIFFERENT ANGLES AND SEE WHAT WORKS! I LOVE FLAT BENCH PRESS AND INCLINE DUMBBELL PRESS FOR CHEST! DEMOLISH YOUR CHEST AND MAKE THOSE CHESTS GROW LIKE A MUG! XD GET A LOT OF REPS ON TRICEPS AFTER THE CHEST IS PLOXED!
THURSDAY-CARDIOVASCULAR
KEEPING THE HEART HEALTHY IS A KEY TO LONGEVITY. BREATHE AND FEEL YOUR FAT MELT AWAY! I DO MY FAT BURNING IN THE MORNING ON THURSDAY'S TO JUMP-START THE METABOLISM FOR THE WHOLE DAY.
